Arnica & Hypericum Balm 30g

Arnica has a long history of use in relaxing strained and injured muscles. I always use this arnica balm for backache, muscles pain, bruises and sprains. I find Arnica oil has an anti-inflammatory property which can help relieve aches and speed the healing process. I recommend you keep this arnica balm in your first aid kit at home.
